Housekeeping Coordinator
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure receiving and forwarding of all information pertaining to the department in order to maintain set standards and achieve guest satisfaction
- Receive, record and distribute various reports
- Receive, record and transmit guest request accurately
- Enter accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
- To be multi-skilled as a Room Attendant as well as other areas of the department
- Adhere to the hotel and department’s standard and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year working experience in housekeeping or other related hotel operations
- Experience in handling guest phone calls and requests
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer knowledge e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Shift duty is required
